    I received excellent service from En Route Towing & Recovery. Prompt and inexpensive and staff who care. I may get stuck in the snow a second time just to see this man again!

    A Lifesaver

    On May 24th, my husband and I had a terrible accident just outside of Wilberforce on hi.648. We hit gravel, the car went out of control and ended up going into the bush at full speed. When it came to a stop hitting a wire fence(miraculously not a tree or rock) the car was on its side. En Route towing was there within 15 minutes. The car was in so deep that trees had to be cut down to get it out. The tow truck driver was fully prepared and succeeded in get the car out in excellent time. He then drove us down to Toronto, dropped the car off at my dealership and then drove us home. Considering what a nightmare this was - we were o.k. but the car was demolished, Rick made this as smooth and comfortable an experience as it could be, under terrible circumstances. He was extremely helpful and professional.
