If I could give them zero star I would. To say my experience was horrible is an understatement. The staff at this location is a poor representation of the McDonald’s brand. I ordered food through my App and was picking up through curb side . I had to wait for 25 minutes for my food and then was spoken to in a condescending way with lots of attitude from the supervisor when I complained about the terrible service. These people need to be trained. I will never go back there. Shame on you.
I got my food at nice timing. But the back kitchen missed an ingredient in my sandwich. I noticed that the workplace was understaffed and the cashier could not multitask between the PoS cash register and making drinks/coffee. They also seem understocked with supplies and slow at running food.
