Made an appointment for a windshield chip, showed up, they lost he appointment and can’t see me for 3 weeks. I live an hour away and this is the only dealership that will honour the warranty and is able to fix it. I didn’t get back for some time. Called to book the appointment again and it took a week of them checking availability and not returning my call. I show up for my appointment and go to services. A man asks who made the appointment, tells me drive to the other department and talk to him

went it to get a new van ,,, this is now my 4th vehicle thru this dealer ...parked and looked thru the vans on the lot only 4 colors to choose from ....went into the show room made eye contact at least 2 times with sales rep ( robbie ) he was on the phone so we walked around the show room went back tot the front and made eye contact again and he didnt bother to get off the phone another rep offered to help us so we said fine ,,, ( sam ) big mistake ......went thru what we wanted ,,,,,never got o
