YOU NEVER GIVE ENOUGH OXTAIL.......AND WHAT IS IT WITH ALL THE BONES. I NEVER PAID FOR BONES I PAID FOR THE MEAT!!!!! The Service: do I really need to touch on this, the server made a mistake however I got teh attitude. Your employees should be pleasant not screw face and rude. Try acting like that in the corporate world and you my friend will be FIRED!!!! Lucky if even hired

I have been going here for years: 5&10 Location...

I have been going here for years: 5&10 Location, but I will never step foot in there again. The service is consistently DREADFUL, so RUDE and UNFRIENDLY. I would figure if I walk in @ 5:30 just before the dinner rush they would be fully loaded and ready to sell, but that’s not the case, not a festival or a piece of plantain ready, and in no rush to help me the customer out, when they tell me it is “done but is in the back.” Remember Potluck if you have no customers you have no business, so throw on a smile, and be grateful that your customer base is as large as it is. I have vowed never to return time and time again, but this is in stone and I will never return, all due to POOR service. There are many WI restaurants in the area that are happy to take your business.

The food as usual was exceptional. The one fault...

The food as usual was exceptional. The one fault I found with this meal was that the oxtail was so well done that the meat fell off the bone thus being served more bone than meat but the taste was amazing. I have to make note of the Customer Srvice receive, the server at the time was very pleasant. Good job.

dont know about other branches, but as for the...

dont know about other branches, but as for the branch in meadowvale, they give bad services, very very rude employees, unhygenic and unorganized habit. the employees talk too much when they are serving. they are very stingy with thier food service, and they only give good service to the people they know too well, they sometime stop to chat with one costumer for a while before they attend to the next one.. sometimes they serve bad food. worst resturant i've ever been! one can wait a lifetime before he/she get served.

I've dined at this restuarant for years and I think it's the best west indian spot in town. They have a good selection. It's best to go in the day as after a certain hour, not everything is available. After 7pm, it's a good idea is to call ahead to see if the dish you would like is available. The prices are more than reasonable and it's 100 times better than regular "Fast Food" and it's a bit cheaper in some cases. I have been telling everyone about this spot for a long time now. Enjoy!
