    As we customers know, paying the price of an Air Conditioner repair is always daunting and a challenge, especially when you have no idea what the cost is going to be before the HVAC Company arrives to your home, diagnoses the problem and outlines the cost and repair in a formal repair quote. This said, and take it from me, your experience with Preferred Air right from your initial call with Shannon (whom is most gracious and accommodating) will be an enjoyable one. Even during the onset of our first heat-wave they made to us many available times. Our technician Bob, who arrived exactly when he said he would- was a pleasure to deal with, he made certain to clearly outline our options; he was polite and nonintrusive and did a fabulous job with the repair and installation. Not only will you find Bob very thorough but what’s more, he is a very a nice person indeed! I would highly recommend Preferred Air – it is no wonder their name is Preferred Air - they are preferred and should be yours too - you will make the right and best choice going with Preferred Air.     I have been dealing with Preferred Air for many years now. We have purchased both our furnace and central air unit from them over the years and have always been completely satisfied with the cost and service. Recently I contacted them becasue my AC unit was not working. A technician was sent out the next day and had everything fixed within a couple of hours. He was polite and pleasant, and advised me of what the problem was and how much the repair was going to cost before starting any of the work. I would recommend Preferred Air to anyone - they do a wonderful job.

    Reliable and honest!

    My A/C broke down in the middle of the summer during our hottest days. I explained to Bryan the situation of urgently needing it fixed due to animals and small children. They were out right away and my A/C was fixed by the end of the day-all was great. The guy that came out was polite, explained what was wrong with the unit and what my cost would be. I appreciated this very much. In times we have all run into situations where a job was done before even giving the go-ahead and we find ourselves with expenses we were not expecting. I will call on them for service on my A/C or furnace anytime!
