Really bad service/rude waitress

We went for a get together for the Christmas party and when we finally came to order the waitress seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. I made a special request to order a flatbread with no cheese on it, well everyone else got all of their orders but I still did not get mine. I waited for over one hour for the service, after being the nice person waiting for my order I asked her about it and she responded to me very rudely as if I was bothering her. I was under the impression that she forgot about my order even my friends were wondering why it was taking so long to take my order. As long as she is there I will not recommend anyone ever to this restaurant. Horrible service, rude waitress. She is even lucky that my husband left her a tip, I would not even leave her a tip. I give you one star, and thats being kind..

My NOT so great experience!

My friends, kids and I went there to eat, heard the place was great. YA RIGHT!!! Who in their right mind would think that a run down, dirty bar/restaurant was great!? We sat down to order and my daughter dropped her toy, as I bent down to pick it up for her, I had noticed old gum stuck under the tables... and not just a little, ALOT! One of my friends noticed that between the seats in the booth there were left over dried up fries and god know what else between the seat. It was discusting!! So should we order or not!? Well good thing we were starving! So we order and when the food came out after an hour later, apparently they told us that the cook did not come to work today and they were behind in the kitchen. The wings were over cooked but the greek salad was great! As we left there were lolipops at the front door as we were leaving the kids wanted one, as I picked up the basket they were in....NOTHING BUT ANTS EVERYWHERE!!! EWWWWW!!! I dropped the basket headed straight to the bar area and told the bartender.... He says, "Oh ok, I will clean it up, it happens alot"..... WHAT!? REALLY!? We all wanted to throw up the food we just ate. Left and vow to NEVER return again. Suggest the place should be closed, its ran down.

Food is typical roadhouse....nothing really memorable and somewhat overpriced and underwhelming BUT NICE PATIO!!! Was a customer for a long time and menu and decor caught in a time warp. Don't use a credit card as you may be double dipped as i was. When brought to the owners attention he was less than helpful and interested. Still waiting for it to be resolved. Liked: Service Disliked: Food, Atmosphere, Value
