I’m extremely happy with the services I have received to date. I have called to get a new vanity installed, bathtub and walk-in shower re-caulked and drywall ceiling repair. Joe is responsive and gave an estimate over the phone and scheduled me in quickly both times I called. The work was excellent and his prices are fair. I will be sure to call again when another issue arises.
Joe was pleasant to talk to to setup the appointments and always confirmed what the job details were. Daniel was a joy to work with, so professional and kind and the work quality was top notch. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answer any questions I had. Couldn't have asked for a better contractor! Highly recommend.

I hired Joe to repair a kitchen island in a rental that I own. The island had some mold under the countertop and within the cabinet walls.
Joe replaced all affected areas beautifully. He also repaired the water heater which was a last minute add to the service. I was happy with the pricing and communication; but most importantly, my tenants were thrilled with the overall service and results.
Edit: Hired them again for a shower handle repair. In and out in 30 min. Tenant is happy.Will hire again
It���s not always easy to get people to come out for small jobs but this is exactly what Joe and Daniel do. I���ve had Small Jobs Specialist several times over the last couple of years and have never been disappointed with the results. Thank you for a job well done. I highly recommend this company.
We���ve used Joe twice for some jobs around the house.
First job was to fix a pretty major crack in the ceiling. Second job was to fix a plumbing issue in the bathroom (needed PVC piping replaced). Both times Joe was very quick to respond and the jobs were completed quickly and very professionally.
Joe and his team are very friendly, and so helpful. Cost is fair. I won���t hesitate using them again for small projects around the house that I���m not confident doing myself.
Arrived on time, completed work on quote, ceiling repair service was professional. They are efficient. I’d definitely utilize their services for next repairs.

Wanted to install hand held bidet in our bathroom and Home Depot refused to install quoting this was a "DIY" ...after we insisted upon a referral they out us on a list for pros to contact us but nobody did

Very positive experience, response to my initial inquiry was quick & pricing reasonable. Daniel the technician was prompt, professional & completed the installation of 2 lights & a ceiling fan in a timely & competent manner. I will definitely be calling Joe again for many more jobs that need doing.
Just got a new smart door lock installed. Joe came over and got it all done seamlessly. Very easy to work with and knew exactly what to do even when we ran into snags. Easy peasy, would use again and would recommend!
This is the 3rd time I have used Joe. Great guy, awesome customer service. He is reasonably priced. I used Joe to fix my elderly parents washroom and he did it a great job. Joe ordered the toilet and faucet. The worker he sent was just awesome and so well mannered.
