not very good business and they DONT even care about the allergy reaction when I took it back the foods of liverwurst so she refuse and even the manager as well refuse to give me full refund only half cause my husband use a very little bit of it and got food allergy and they dont even care about customer concern and saying that oh we have to check it out if that cause allegery I was shock so I recommend be careful with them as they all cares about money !!

Excellent selection and friendly efficient service. Produce is fresh and reasonably priced.

Great food, but rude and aggressive customer service people. I was rammed with a shopping cart by an employee stocking shelves and not even an apology. Was told "what you see is what you get" when asking for a product I bought 2 weeks before. Wrote the head office and got a "sorry, the manager will speak to the staff. Try again" After 4 yrs, I am no longer shopping there as they simply don't care.

I love Starsky's and travel regularly from downtown Toronto just to get things from their deli. They have cold cuts and cheese to die for, but also many other fabulous sections. Their staff is lovely too.

I'm a regular cus...

I'm a regular customer at the shop in Dundas and the one in Hamilton. Unfortunately after yesterday incident I'll never go to the one in Dundas. They posted prices different from that on the bill. I called the manager (came after 10 minutes; claiming that he was on a break)to discuss the issue and mentioned that this discrepancy will shake my trust in every thing that I buy. He was very rude and not able to absorb my worries.

Best meat in town

We have been shopping at Starsky for a couple of years. They have the best meat counter in town. The quality of meat is like nothing I have ever had. The prices are incredible for such quality! Longest counter in Toronto! Fresh meat, deli, cheese, fish then bakery.
