I ordered the flowers around 10 AM and they arrived less than 2 hours later. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. The lady that took my order was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. 5 stars for sure. I will order from them again and recommend them to every one.

The Best Florist Experience I've Ever Had

I found The Flower Cellar on Google when I was in the area yesterday looking for flowers for my girlfriend. I didn't really know what to get her and asked for assistance from the two ladies in the shop. They took me around the store and made recommendations for me and put together a beautiful flower arrangement that was less than I've paid at any other florist. It came beautifully wrapped and my girlfriend absolutely adored the flowers. These two ladies - who I believe were the owners - took their time to walk me around the store, put together a custom and beautiful flower arrangement for a very reasonable price (less than $30), and were so gratious for my business. I live quite far from this florist but will be going there any time I ever need flowers. I've been to a number of florists over the years and have had few bad experiences, but I've never had such an amazing experience like I did at The Flower Cellar. Superior customer service, very reasonable prices, beautiful store with a huge selection of flowers, owners who are extremely gratious for guests coming into their shop, a flower delivery service -- a 10 out of 10 experience.

Horrible Service

I have ordered birthday flowers for my girlfriend for a specific time and date. The delivery guy showed up 30 or 45 minutes earlier without no knowledge for who or what occasion the flowers were for. He left them on the table and left. I spoke with customer service regarding this issue and I was told that there was nothing wrong with the service and asked me if I wanted the delivery guy "to sing or dance" to please me. Very unproffessional. Will never use this flowe shop again.
