Horrible! They never answer the phone. Plus, when I asked for a referral they never called me to let me know that the referral had been sent. My mother and I both left messages inquiring about it and rather than calling me they called my mother to let her know that my referral had been sent. Meanwhile, they sounded annoyed while telling her this and never called me, the actual patient, to inform me about the status of my own referral. They lack any customer service skills and professionalism.
