    the optometrists (doctors) are great but I think they are told to direct the patients to buy from the store.

    Thank you for your review! All of our patients are given a copy of their prescription at the end of their eye exam which they are welcome to use wherever they like to purchase glasses. Our Optometrists do provide an opportunity to purchase within our office as we feel our convenience, quality and customer service create an ideal buying experience. If you would rather purchase elsewhere though it is not a problem!
