Every single time I co e here I have to wait it is ridiculous because it’s been since it’s open! Hire the right people to do the job right!!!!!

I have been upset due to the fact that the chai frappes are never available past 10 pm .. always some excuse 1) they have shut the machine off for the night 2) broken 3) part missing 4) part lost on order or part ordered 5) bag dispenser is missing or broken ... holy mollie ! get it together. This happens fri nite sun nite never fails fails ... when Shanta is working its always available it seems she is there thursday hmmm. Last week I could not get my frappe 3 nights. I went to mc donalds 5

Would have been 5 out of 5, but...

What a wonderful greeter at this location, she was a lady a little older than many McDonald's staff members but what a gem, helping us use the new self serve screen and making us feel welcome! Our first time actually parking and coming inside instead of using the drive through! The only down side was witnessing the way the 30-40 ish man in the black shirt and glasses treating this wonderful lady so abominably and then loudly laughing and joking with all the younger, mostly female staff! Shame!
