    I have been deali...

    I have been dealing with SWB for several years. They are very friendly and competent people. They take the time to explain my policies and coverages available. There is never any pressure,just complete and honest advice. When I started with them it was just car insurance. Now they handle insurance needs for me, my family and my business. They are local, I have got to know them and them me and it makes me feel good to do business with local people, not a call centre in goodness knows where.

    Not the greatest...

    I was with this company for a few years for my car insurance, and it seemed that EVERYTIME I tried to call to speak with someone, I always had to wait to get a call back, I never got to speak with the same representative, and the receptionist seemed very rude, impatient, and not friendly at all. When I went to cancel my insurance with this broker, they did not follow up with canceling my insurance through the actual company that I was insured with, and as a result they ended up taking out two payments that they shouldn't have. Overall, not that impressed.
