56 minutes ago Please dont shop at this sorry excuse of a shoe store. They buy and sell cheap defective items from major brand names and tell you to go fly a kite when you try to hold them accountable. I bought a pair of black adidas slides from these shady ladies and within less then a month, they melted on my feet when I wore them out causing my feet to bruise really bad. I just read some reviews and I am shocked! I have never been treated rudely. Perhaps one time when the sales clerk was super busy - I did not get eye contact- so what!. Having several sales persons ask if you want hep? How lucky for you. Stop lamenting! The staff have always been pleasant. Perhaps finding my size in a desired shoe is sometimes a problem because so many people shop here. Otherwise the complaints are unwarranted.

I cannot thank the staff enough for going the extra distance for me when I bought my boots there. During the busiest season, Madeline ( sorry if Ive mis spelled this) was just amazing in spending so much time over 2 weeks to help me.

They have a terrible selection of wide width shoes.Also you cant go down an aisle without staff being in the way because the aisles are so narrow. In 10 minutes i was asked if i needed help four times. Very annoying. Will not be returning

I go here every year for shoes i wear size 14 mens so the prices are great .and selection is awesome .maybe some people on here should grow thicker skin and quit whining.the ladies that help me everyyear are awesome love this place i get 2 pair every year cost me about 100 or less

Do yourself a favour! Do not go to this store. Saving yourself 5 dollars is not worth the absolutely disgusting and terrible customer service you will receive. None of the staff is helpful in any way. Ask how you're paying before they do anything, roll their eyes when you speak to them. Not helpful in any regard. Actually had 2 that rolled eyes and sighed when we did ask for help. Prices were far too high to put up with that kind of service. Need to clean house & put happy staff in. Never again!

Pathetic service. Girl asks if she can help me. I say,yeah this is what im looking for. She points and sends me down an aisle and says there down there. Needless to say. I left the store. Never going back. Bad. Real bad

Shockingly bad customer service, unfriendly and rude. I suppose you get what you pay for. Don't expect anything from the service, and double check the shoe is wearable, because once you are out the shop, if there is any problem, they do not care.
