Joys Inn

Do not book this hotel. They only consider how much in their pocket, and never consider customers. We booked the hotel through Expedia , want to cancel it. First, the manager said that we can cancel it. However, the full amount will be charged as penalty if we cancel it. When we call Expedia for cancellation, the manager respond that he never said it can be canceled.

Very bad service and very old furniture, the guy in the front desk is not polite , when I asked for more below he told that what we have if you wat to leave go.
