During my visit last Saturday I was very pleased with the service I had received, the line went by very fast and the lady taking my order was super sweet and gave me her full attention and gave recommendations on what sandwich she thought was best. This is one of my favourite locations! You go Tim Hortons!!!

Very disappointed in the Tim Horton's after visiting the mall last Wed getting drinks one employee dropped the boiling soup on the ground the entire pot. My husband son and I were all splashed by the boiling soup with burn spots to my husbands back of neck my hands face sons hands and face and our clothes were splattered all over, one associate was giggling she handed me some napkins to clean the mess and 3 free coffee coupons. Totally ridiculous never again.
