A Protect Auto Warranty

Had an email from this company. Never applied for anything online, so no idea how they got my email. When trying to get a worker named David to answer some simple questions to try to figure out the email he had sent me, he got rude and obnoxious. He accused me of sending him an email for a price quote and said “clearly you have no intention of buying warranty from us” and hung up when I mentioned my full coverage on my new vehicle. This company seems very shady, so be careful. Most likely a scam

I got my warranty several months ago when I bought my car. I was about 200 kilometers from home when my car broke down. I called your customer service people and I was surprised by the fast and efficient service you provided for me. I had the roadside assistance option and you took care of my problem fast and pain free. Thank God I have your warranty! Thank you guys for everything.
