The worst service on the planet omg they are so slow and rude I will never go back there

I went at this location for dinner. The vibe and atmosphere were good. The place itself is quite big and they have lot of seating. The server was ok. The menu has lot of good options and I went with the Jewels of the sea and I truly enjoyed it. The meal came with 6 oz. lobster tail, grilled tiger shrimp, scallops, lobster bisque and I choose the meal with rice. Overall, Its another high end franchise. A bit pricey but an enjoyable meal.

Promotional menu!

A bunch of us went for a group dinner about two weeks ago. I ordered off their promotional menu. Scallops with bacon for an appetizer and a flatiron steak for the meal. Fantastic food, excellent service and great decor.

Not great

We heard bad things before we went. We were in the area and needed lunch. Its actually nice inside. The menu is small. I had their baton burger, ordered med-rare, came well done, it was an average hamburger. GF had the vegetable sandwich, it was terrible. The bottom piece of bread was soggy and falling apart. Their fries are good ! Server was nice. Won't go back.

One of my Favorite!

Good Lunch I had the other day. Baby Back Ribs with the backed potato is what I have every time. Very Good , always consistent , service is prompt but I must say they don't smile a lot. Every restaurant is different I guess, be friendly but not to friendly if you know what I mean:)))))

Resturant employees are very impolite and...

Resturant employees are very impolite and unprofessional. We were advised to seat in the bar area insteaded of having our name down for the waiting list. We were given a table in the bar area by one of the resturant employees, After a long wait with no servcie, we were advied that the employee who gave us the tabble made a mistake and we should have have put our name for wait. We had to leave the resturant becasue of impolie and unprofessional behaviour of the resurant employees and the host. The resturant Manager was busy and not available to talk to us for this probem. We will not be going back toany Batton Rouge resturant and not recomending it to anybody else. It is a shame to go to this kind of so called resturants to have some relaxing time after a long working day and come out more frustrated!!!!!

Below-Average

The restaurant is nice, but the waiters are slow and the menu is boring. We've been here a few times and the burger is also over done (charcoal coating...), the prime rib has way too much fat on it. The appetizers are not very good either. They need to update the menu a bit.. I wouldn't suggest going here considering it is quite pricey.

The waiter took a few minutes to see us but after we were seated he was quite sufficient. The soup can on time with my other party members and they gave quite big helpings of french fries. The steak was a BIT undercooked...but nonetheless was good. It was a bit pricey but i would go back again.

Overpriced especially considering the lack of...

Overpriced especially considering the lack of service and the quality of the food. It took us over 30 minutes to get our appetizer, both steaks were burned so that they had a charcoal coating around them after we waited about an hour for them. The server appeared rarely if ever and a number of times I was waiting for drinks or food that took forever to arrive. Still not sure whether the time to serve the food was due to my server or the cooks or both as how does it take over half an hour to make a cheddar dip?!
