    If I could give this place zero stars I would! The NEW OWNERS are incredibly RUDE and don't care about customer service! I phoned there and the lady hung up on me in mid sentence!!! Apparently she was too busy to speak to me! Don't waste your time or money.

    Terrible customer service and bad haircut. The lady taking care of me was rude and I should have just left at that point but I just needed a trim.

    Worst haircut I've ever had in my life! I tell this guy to cut it a certain way, he doesn't do it and know I'm stuck with this awful haircut. Never going there ever again
