LPK Construction Caulking and Painting

POOR QUALITY WORK! Had some leaks and wouldnt recommend this company to anyone for caulking. Spent around $1300 + $570 for the painting. We had all the windows and doors done, the problem is that some windows had leaks. We contacted Alex (the owner) to find out that we had to pay again if we wanted the problem to be fixed after he told us in the beginning that any issues with leaks would be fixed at NO COST! We called someone else to come in and they fixed the problem at a better price!

Excellent service but even better communication with the owner himself. He makes sure to go above and beyond to exceed your expectations. If you’re looking for a bang for your buck, LPK construction is the one for you.
