I ordered a chandelier on November 28. After 3 weeks I phoned to ask when the light would be delivered. Mr Suba told me there were supply chain issues. He told me to wait a couple of weeks and if it had not arrived, he would check on it. Two weeks later, I phoned again and spoke with Mr. Suba. He said he would check on it and call me back. Didn't happen. I emailed the store, Kate replied delivery by the end of January - the item was on backorder. No delivery. I asked for a refund. No reply.
