Unprofessional and unconsiderate. Will lie just to get you on the store even if the advertised car is already sold. When there, they will try to sell you other cars. Same old sale tactics as of 1960s. Could have spent better the Saturday morning rather than wasting my time driving there for nothing

If you have problems with your Mazda stay away find another service ! Maybe they are a good dealership but their service department is bad ! After taking my car in for a warranty repair for clunking noise coming from the front and paying for a rental - the car still has problems. NO difference is like they did not work on the car at all... Out of curiosity I checked what they did to the car - they applied TSB 02-010/16 and that on a MAZDA 3 the service bulletin clearly indicates to a

All of the staff I encountered were friendly, professional, and courteous. It was a pleasure to deal with dave who was very accommodating and did a great job in expediting the paperwork and helping me decide on some of the options I was looking at. I love my purchase and would gladly do business with this dealership again.

Came in with my wife about a weeks ago looking for a second daily commute car. We were Approached by salesman Dave. He was extremely helpful in answering our questions. He went over the features and different trims and then took us for a test drive. And mind you, we are a Toyota family. But after test driving the car, the difference is day and night from Corolla my wife drives. We ended up purchasing the Mazda 3 on our second visit. Thanks Dave! Keep up the good work!

I bought about 9 ...

I bought about 9 Mazda cars in past 20 years or so from the other dealership this time I went to Mazda of Toronto I experienced something that I've never experienced before I was treated like I am buying a Lamborghini the owner (George) and his general manager (Rana) made me feel like the dealership belongs to my dad they treated me with respect and looked after all my needs. Bottom line they did everything that they said they will do and more. 3 days after picking up the car Rana himself called to see if everything is to satisfactory. Their service department person (Vahid) is a true gentleman he even told me even if I have a day off and you want to come here I will be here for you honestly it doesn't get better than that. I just wish I would go to Mazda Of Toronto sooner. Thank you Mazda Of Toronto for a great experience.

They put scratche...

They put scratches over my car roof and wouldn't admit it. They asked me to pay $100 to fix the scratches they did themselves

Extremely Unsatisfied Customers. Disgusting!

Mazda of Toronto, My wife and I are extremely unsatisfied customers. We have never experienced such horrible customer service. We were completely disrespected by you and your employees from your location. We came to your dealership, looking at several cars we researched in hopes to find something we could take home as soon as possible. You showed us a car that arrived that day, one in which we were extremely pleased with. You provided us with a price in which we were extremely happy with. However, oddly enough when we came back to make a payment, we weren't able to do so for some undisclosed reason, HOWEVER, one of your salesmen stated that the car was reserved and was ours. We were told to come in the next day, and when we called to speak with our representative to book an appointment to see her, to ensure no other appointments would coincide with ours, she said she would call us back. She never did. We decided to show up, and we find out the car can no longer be sold to us at that price because, as stated by your sales rep, “We made a mistake in price, but we can sell it to you for $2000 more than what we asked for”. If you’ve made a mistake, that is something internal that’s between yourselves as a company must deal with, however we expect our deal to be honoured. I understand that a mistake was made, and unfortunately for whatever reason, you are unable to budge on the price that was originally provided, however when speaking to the sales manager at this location, we were completely disrespected. Not once, did he apologize for the mistake, rather saying “I don’t know, I wasn’t here, I don’t know what happened”. This is your company, as a manager it is your responsibility to clean up a mess made by your employees. Not only was he not giving us the time of day, he rarely gave eye contact, rather was more interested in looking at his computer screen, as oppose to pay attention to us and the situation.
