Get set for food the way your Nonna made. Prepped before your eyes, Via Cibo serves up Italian street food in a casual atmosphere. The dining room's long communal table promotes conversation with friends, family, and strangers alike over the homemade food. Original photographs of Italian streetscapes adorn the walls to create an authentic European ambience, while the open kitchen adds to the homey atmosphere.

Via Cibo has over 25 employees, which might seem like a large staff for a 55-seat establishment. "When you're making everything fresh and you're open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, you need all the help you can get,” explains general manager Mark Rousseau.
