    Cheryl has done my personal taxes for a number of years. She is always accessible, reliable and thorough. She provides you with a copy of all your tax information, neatly organized in a folder. Reasonable rate, friendly and professional.

    VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDE!

    Cheryl has a very rude attitude, she cut you off when she is not in the mood of working! Pay a little bit more to hire other accountants who can do a better job with much better customer service attitude! You deserve better with your money!

    I find it difficult to respond to an anonymous comment. I can not recall ever being rude to an existing client or potential client. I bend over backwards to ensure that my customers are well taken. I am in the service business and cannot afford to be rude or uncaring.
