Totally good place to deal with. Requested quote for my BMW online on Tuesday night, got an answer Wednesday morning. Price was reasonable and I was given the option of going to their Oakville location or them coming to me. I chose to take it in and set appointment for 10:30 AM Saturday. It was done in 1.5 hours for exactly the price quoted. I’m very happy with the results and the service.

Do NOT get this company to replace your windshield unless you are ok with a substandard installation result. After two attempts, the quality of the install is still unacceptable. I should have been notified that they were unable to complete the job properly prior to removal of the cracked windshield. Definitely will not recommend this company to anyone looking for a replacement windshield.

Exceptional response for quote, customer service in booking, completion and quality of job, and personal follow up. All for incredibly competitive pricing! I even had the pleasure of eavesdropping on the same quality of care for other customers while I waited (after being offered wifi when I pulled out my laptop), and all during a busy holiday cold-snap. Stay Away!

Horrible experience. They damaged my vehicle while replacing a windshield. Damaged the dash, the light sensor and scratched the exterior paint. After two months of lie after lie my vehicle is somewhat repaired. You can still clearly see where the dash was damaged and the paint is still scratched. The whole process took 2 months and never once did the owner reply to an email or return a phone call even after saying I'll call you back in 10 minutes. He is against all consumer rights, he is never wrong has an excuse for everything and never to blame. When he tried to rent me a rental car and his credit card was declined he turned it around on me saying I should use my personal card. Lies Lies Lies. Just a horrible business.
