Ordered a saree for $400. The saree was a dupatta with a patch on it to make it long enough to look like a saree. I was told once it left the showroom it’s my problem, no refund, no new saree was offered. Horrible customer service. Have her business for my wedding, everyone shopped there, and I regret it all! Fact that you have to look so hard to find a place to leave a review shows how hard she tries to hide it and keep people away from reviewing.

Unproffessional attitude towards customer

My wedding dress was over a month late. She would promise me twice a week that its been shipped from India and would be there tomorrow and then she would go MIA for a few days. I would message and call and she wouldnt reply. It was a very stressful situation for me. She didnt deliver on everything I asked for. I literally got my dress 3-4 days before the wedding and by then it was too late to make any changes. She is the most unprofessional person I have had to deal with in my life!
