    Had been a loyal ...

    Had been a loyal customer for many years, my printer died & I had a set of new cartridges unopened but they wouldn't give me a credit to go toward a new printer's cartridges. Needless to say, I got an Epson XP-424 (great reviews), economical ink that you can purchase brand new online or at Staples, none of these recycled tanks that sometimes don't initialize & you have to waste another trip to deal with them. Thanks for pushing me away from Think Refill, freedom finally!
