One Extra Guy Movers (Ryan Gonyou)

This was the most horrible moving experience of my life. Damage to belongings, instructions not followed, Never, ever use them.

Great services - on time

Showed up LATE with too small a truck. Had no material handling equipment and damaged some furniture when it slipped out of their hands. On top, charged me for extra time because they had to make 2 trips due to the size of truck and their inability to pack it efficiently.

Excellent customer service very friendly, work done quickly and efficiently!! Would recommend them to anyone!

Several lost item...

Several lost items - garment bag and couple of boxes including one with a silver tea set. Owner / Ryan refused to do anything about it suggesting it's never happened to him before. Very unprofessional way to handle a complaint. Extremely disappointed!
