Took my laptop in when it would not power up. Clear estimate given for analysis, repair done and a clean up of my poorly maintained laptop in a day. My computer now runs more efficiently and I have had no occurrence of the problem. Recommend and would use in the future.

After months of exasperating, ever-more-turgid performance by my desktop and facing expensive replacement, I bought it in to GCom. Their technicians quickly diagnosed a failing hard drive and suggested replacing it with a solid state drive. A day later, I had a renewed desktop for a fraction of the price of a replacement -- with all my data and pictures intact. I recommend GCom highly.

I was very pleased with GCOM. Stephan installed a new hard drive and transferred everything unto it without losing anything. Cleaned up the computer. He kept me informed while he was doing this. We did have a problem communicating with our phones. We have had no further trouble with our phone. I would definately use Stephan (GCOM) again.
