Dear Staff at Chan's Garden I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how happy we have been with your food and services over the years. We have been coming to your restaurant for 15 years and we have never had a complaint about any of the dishes. This Christmas Eve we planned to order from your restaurant for a group of 10. I was able to put my order in on Saturday for Monday at 6:15. It was ready at exactly the time that my husband and & son-in-law arrived. The food was wonderful & helped to make our Christmas Eve a special and stress-free evening. The Sturgess Family.

Chan's is delicious

My friend and I decided to check out Chan's Garden because a couple of our friends had mention the food is amazing. So we stopped by for dinner last Wednesday. The lady that seated the both of us and brought us menus and some water was very polite friendly and so funny. She was good at keeping a conversation and also telling us more about the dishes, she also recommended some as well. We ordered a dinner for 2 that came with 2 soups, 2 egg rolls (which you can switch to spring rolls) and 2 dishes for 1 -108 in the menu and Chicken fried rice. we decided on our dishes and the first thing to come out was the won ton soups which were really good. After we were finished our soups our spring rolls came out and they literally are the best spring rolls I have ever had in my life my friend also agreed.Finally the main courses came out which we ordered dumplings in hot peanut sauce and veggie lomain. The dishes were delicious overall the whole meal was very enjoyable. The dishes were a decent size and we ended up leaving the leftovers. Which is always great because chines food is so good the next day. IT WAS GREAT FOOD GREAT SERVICE. I will defiantly be going back soon. Oh and the prices were good to the whole dinner only came to $21.50 after tax :)

We just moved here and thought we would order some for delivery. The food was so bland, the chicken was dough, and the Szechuan Beef had not flavor or spice! We were so unhappy that we drove downtown to take it back. We were told "that's the way we cook it" The place looked dated and dusty. The man who met me at the cash didn't offer to cook me anything else, no coupons and NO MONEY BACK! So I left my bag there. I don't normally complain but what ever happened to customer service!

I eat at Chans once a week. Lunch special is $4.25 and varies daily. Special includes soup, rice and 2 sides. Great bang for your buck.

Not Worth Going Back

I visited this restaurant with co-workers last week. The first time I've been back since a very bad experience 5 or 6 years ago. And things have gone down hill since then. Food was average for a Chinese restaurant. Servings were small. Waitress but inattentive to our table and rude to the people next to us. Two had their meals almost eaten before the third was served. Decor really needs to be updated. Not the cleanest place.

My in-laws eat the restaurant once a week and love it. The few times I have gone I found the food great! Nice and hot served fresh. HUGE servings I always leave stuffed with extra to bring home The waitresses are very attentive. The restaurnat could use a storage area though too much stuff lying around...ruins the feel of dining out. Pricing is competitive with other Chinese food restaurants.

Love to stop here for individual take-out meals starting at $3.99 for mixed vegetables on rice. Great portion and fresh.
