My experience has been the misbehaviour of Anna -front staff in this clinic. Anna instead of helping clients is very rough, rude with the clients. She yells at clients and threatens clients. She creates trouble for the clients and threatens to de-register and bar clients from clinic. I never had any issue at this clinic with the four doctors, nurses and any of the other front staff, they have all been very good to me for the past three years. Anna needs to be disciplined and she must apologise.

Clinic was modern, bright and clean. We went to see Dr. Marquardt this past summer, we found him to be very kind and a great listener. We will come back for sure.

Hands down the worst Md I have ever been assessed by. How Dr Marquardt is able to do a full physical without obtaining a blood pressure I don't know. Having worked in the emergency medical profession for over 15 years I take a keen interest in my own health. Dr Marquardt has the diagnosing and subsequent treatment skills of a basic first aider. Second occasion after a shoulder tear I was diagnosed with a 'soft tisssue injury' and sent back to work. Beyond appalled.

Easily the most unprofessional, unorganized clinic I've ever stepped foot in! I first went there in the fall of 2016. One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. A steady turnstile of doctors and the administrative staff is incompetent. Been through 3 doctors in less than a year and was just recently told that I now have no doctor and must be put on a waiting list! If you want steady, competent health care then I would highly recommend steering well clear of this farce of a clinic!

I feel well cared for here. Dr. Udoeyop is always professional, caring, understanding and friendly. Every doctor's office gets busy but once with the doctor I have never felt rushed.

Dr Bannon is a wonderful caring and thorough doctor. Very efficient and empathetic at the same time.

DISGUSTING how clients get treated in this office. I have been going here for half a year and was never happy with their service; they do not care about he patients needs in this office. Today was the last straw for me! Dr.Udoeyop and her receptionist staff are very rude and unprofessional. My complaint with the Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario has been filed and I will never step foot in this clinic again... time to start searching for a new Doctor!

The doctors and nurses are great! The receptionist could be a little quicker and seem not so crabby, but the place in general is nice!

My kids were sick and we got there late and waiting room was jammed. My son had a cough my daughter had a bowel issue. They were amazing with both kids. I could cry as my daughter was so scared and was crying. The Dr and Nurse were totally amazing, the care and love they showed was beyond our expectation. I am speechless. Both went way above call of duty. Thank you Thank you Thank you!

The staff is very welcoming and they went above and beyond to accommodate me and make my son feel comfortable when he was feeling horrible.

Unprofessional office, had to call and drive around to get my daughters test results, one of the nurses was the rudest person I've ever met---and I see I'm not the only one who thinks so! Time for me to find a new office!

I found DR Marquardt very helpful.Took his time. went threw different options, explaining them to me. Very caring DR.

Definately not a family practice. They want return patients but they treat you like a one time clinic patient. They don't follow up their work and the front staff are the rudest people I have encountered. Definately not professional.

Does not provide the level of professionalism you would expect in the medical industry. Staff is very unprofessional and rude as well.
