Lasting Expressions

Beware when ordering flowers from Lasting Expressions. I phoned the store before placing the order to make sure they had the flowers to prepare the arrangement I wanted to order, the sales person assured me they did. I phoned the store this morning after receiving the flowers and the woman who answered introduced herself as the owner and informed me the sales person shouldn't have guaranteed they could fill the order. I listened to what she had to say, but noticed she became very upset and

*Warning, do not buy flowers here!* February 2019. Lasting Expressions Floral Design is under new management. The quality of flowers and service has deteriorated. They use flowers that should be thrown out! When you phone to complain, they just want to argue and give excuses. They deliver flowers in the freezing cold without protective wrapping. There is no Design here. They have lost a big account. *Warning*

After trying to order flowers for a funeral to be delivered the next Day for the funeral, all the owner would say is: Its Valentines Day, Its Valentines Day....Its Valentines Day. She was rude because Valentines Day was her busiest day. She jumped in between me and the girl serving me, took over taking the order I was trying to place and rushed me. When I asked for an orchid to placed in the arrangement she uttered quote: You wont be getting an orchard. She had no compassion and was very rude.

LOVE this shop! Oh my gosh the floral arrangements are breathtaking. I can spend hours in this beautiful shop browsing gifts,clothing and much more!

Beware of this business. They have changed ownership since I last dealt with them. I was meant to RECEIVE a Christmas delivery but it went horribly wrong. It was sent to the wrong address naming me as the sender. After calling the company they had no idea about the order and were meant to get back to me, on checking who had sent it. Two calls later and a visit to the store on Christmas Eve they have yet to get back to me. This week the sender asked me if I had received her gift of flowers. sad
