My disabled grandma was berated by an employee, yelled at to move and insulted.
Wound up being banned from said location because of horrible customer service and childish employees that throw temper tantrums.
This location needs to either be shutdown or hire on a whole new staff, just disgraceful.
ordered a nuggets happy meal and one 6 nuggets meal payed 14.10 got home only 4 nuggets ince i usually get two happy meals is this right ? 14.10 ? and also i had asked for the 6 not 4 poor kid got 2 less
I've had nothing but problems with this South End Ritson Road McDonald's a month ago I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal I got home it into the bun no meat Patty unbelievable Kama now today I ordered double Big Mac meal pay de $9.05 get home and it's just a regular Big Mac not double Mac I won't go back to this one again if you do decide to chance it here check your order carefully
Worst service I have ever received Sunday Nov 24 2014. Take hubby out for breakfast. Supposed FAST FOOD takes 20 min. Coffee wrong order wrong attitude BAD! IF U CAN'T KEEP UP WITH THE VOLUMES OF ORDERS U R TAKING, STOP TAKING THE TIL U CAN ACCURATELY CATCH UP ON THE ONES U HAVE ALREADY TAKE!
Worst managed and staffed mcdonalds in all of Canada . Never go to drive thrue early in morning , you will have to wait for a long time before someone even notices your there , then they will mess up your order as well at least 50% of time , not only that , the messed up order they give you will be inedible from sitting out too long . Stay away if you can . I wanted to give 0 stars but app wouldn't let me .
We've been keeping track, and roughly 50% of the time this McDonalds messes up our order. My fiancé is allergic to cheese and despite him insisting no cheese on his burger, half of the time there is. If you do end up going to this McDonalds, CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING.
