    Went for my sons ...

    Went for my sons birthday, there was 7 of us - luckily they were able to seat us pretty fast (15 minutes) considering we had no reservation on a saturday night. Got the big momma, SO GOOD! food came surprisingly fast, my husband and I ordered the all you can eat ribs, our waitress refilled our ribs before we were even finished so they came out at the same time as we finished, all of our meals were delicious and then they 'birthday train' came and my son LOVED IT, the horns, the song, everything!

    This was our firs...

    This was our first and last visit to Montana's. The waitress was very nice. I would say the best thing that I was served was my water. It was cold at least. The food took forty minutes to arrive and was dry, flavourless and barely warm. My husbands chicken and rib dinner was smaller than my daughters serving of fries. Then it was on to more waiting. There was hardly anyone in the place so I understand that there was no rush for my table. But waiting 10 minutes after eating is ridiculous. Worst restaurant ever.

    very disappointed

    Waited over 20 minutes to be served even though restaraunt was not busy. Got part of our order wrong. This restaraunt uesd to be a favourite one but has really gone down hill in customer service, prices are too high

    NEVER AGAIN

    Our party of 6 showed up at montanas for our daughter and our son in laws wedding anniversary, expecting to have a great meal. It was far from great, it was actually the worst meal we have ever had there. Our fajitas were dry, the vegetables were still hard. The cheese for the topping was very small, compared to what it was before. The smashers were dry and the cheese was hard, The order was made again and still wasnt the best. Our son in laws shrimp was burned to a crisp and dry. our sons girlfriends quesadilla was over cooked and falling apart you couldn't even pick it up The order was re made and it was made wrong with onions and tomatoes. My husbands drink glass had dried food on the outside of the glass, makes you wonder whats on the inside. The Manager came out to apologize but did nothing about it, i had noticed something in his hand but he put it back in his pocket, i guess it was gift cards or something but he had second thoughts on giving them. Overall the experience was terrible and i will never go back.
