    Amazing service! ...

    Amazing service! The guy who came to our house was pleasant and knowledgeable. The price was VERY reasonable. I did a lot of calling around for pricing and they were the best. Brand new state of the art equipment. Came out to do a drain scope and possible snake, was very honest that I didn't require the snake so I ended up paying less than I was quoted for! Would use again in a heartbeat!

    Prairie Plumbing ...

    Prairie Plumbing called me at 8:00 am and said they'd have someone here within an hour. Dave arrived at 8:30 and was done by 9:15. The AC condensation hoses were plugged and the overflow tray was full of gunk. He blew them out, replaced the old hoses with new clear ones so we can see if there is an issue again, replaced the drain plug that was pretty flimsy and was what had been leaking.

    I made an appoint...

    I made an appointment for between 12-2.At 5 the plumber showed.She installed new parts and the leak stopped.The pop-up stopper she installed did not work.I made an appointment for the next day. And again she did not show or call so I called her.She was now not answering her cell. So not wanting to waist another day I left a message cancelling the appointment.I was talking to Deanna (office manager) who said she would get back to me about the poor service I am still waiting for her call.

    Hot water tank installation

    I ordered a hot water tank to be picked up and delivered to my house and installed, and the old one removed. The plumber Nick was on time, knew what he was doing, and tided up when he was finished. I'm very happy with this company and recommend them to all others.
