Recently I’ve gone there(around 1am) and it’s nothing but disappointment. The food is alright, the server was the rudest person I’ve met in my life. Customer service is key to a good visit. We seated ourselves upon arrival as per usual. Waited about 10 mins B4 server finally comes and says “hey drinks?” Then when we show her attention we are ready to order. She walks up and says “ya” That’s not how you ask if someone is ready to order. Sever name Manu. Such Poor customer service. Bad attitude..

Came here a few times for breakfast, the food was good, service just okay, but I was overcharged on at least two occasions. I was there last year with my family, my brother in law looked at the bill and noticed they had charged us full price for the breakfast special, I brought it to their attention and the waitress quickly adjusted the bill, she didn't seem surprised at all. I returned the following Monday at 9.30 am and the same thing happened, I was charged the full price, have not returned.

Poor Service Poor Food "BARF"

Let me start by saying i normally don't give reviews on these sites I felt this time I had to make the exception I was there approx 6 months ago it's pretty bad when your food comes cold they drop in front of you and then leave! Not returning to ask how things are until you ask for the bill The odd part about it was when the waitress returns she see's food not eaten on the plate and asks whats wrong with it? in a nasty tone as in yea I don't care but I gotta ask this anyway. Worst food and service I have ever seen for a non franchise place I will not be returning. Take my advise save your money!

I want to take this time to deeply apologize for your experience. We have always taken pride in the quality of food as well as service that we have provided to our customers for the last 33 years. I will be more than willing to do anything you may suggest to make this right! Please email me back at wallysworld@rogers.com. we used to go there regularly until I ordered a delivery on a Saturday night and they told me to hold and left the phone off the hook for over an hour, not joking. I was yelling into phone as I was hoping someone would hear me. All I heard was the conversation with customers at the cash, they forgot to come back. When they did they hung up. I called back and asked them to please not put me on hold again and she nastily said they couldn't hold up the phone for my order because they need the phone line for the credit card purchases. That's the only reason they realized phone was off the hook, someone was paying by credit card. Unfortunate because of this nasty incident I refuse to go there again, no apology given by them. The actual place needs updating bad, not the cleanest or most updated we've seen but we looked by that.

Do not let the looks deceive you, his place has been around or ages and is seriously overlooked! The food is good, the prices are good, and he service is friendly. Plus, if you are hungry at 3am they are a better choice than Denny's!

worst meal ive had in years

Over priced,rude service, BAD food and its like your eating inside a.lime. I went for.lunch and spent $35 on a club sandwich (very dry and nasty) a steak sandwich (came.well done when I said rare) and 1 order of frys. I live next to this place and will never go back.

Umm, visited this when I was a college student after the bar, being drunk you hardly care. Did the place for breakfast weeks ago. No I don't think I will be returning
