    Hi Michele, I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for all of your help and kind advice. I had no idea how much wood I was wasting due to improper burning practices. Since following your advice I have reduced my wood consumption by one-third. (A miracle considering the long, cold winter we have been having)! You obviously have vast knowledge of your products and services and a sincere desire to ensure the needs of your customers!     Great Service and Products!

    We are very pleased with the service and product we received from Michele and The Original Flame. Michele is very knowledgable about installation and a wide range of products, she directed us to a Osburn 2000 wood stove for our garage. At first, my husband commented that the fire box was so small he would not be able to put much wood in it. After this season of burning, he is very pleased - he can put three logs in the stove at 6 pm, it is still burning at 10 am. The garage is warm enough to work in and does not take long for it to get up to room temperature. The best thing is that we have use 1/3 the amount of wood than previous years.     Why go anywhere else?

    A telephone call was all it took to have our questions as first time purchasers answered and the ideal wood stove for our needs (and budget) on it's way to us! My husband and I were feeling intimidated and confused after doing some research online and even viewing products at our local Home Depot. Michele was more than happy to share her knowledge and expertise, offer ongoing support and welcome us to her comfortable showroom. Quality indoor/outdoor products, great prices and honest service with a smile... definitely worth the short drive!

    Fantastic service and selection

    If you are in the market for either a traditional or contemporary fireplace I highly recommend The Original Flame. The service, prices and selection of products was simply outstanding!! Michele was so friendly and took me through every step of the way, I have learned quite a bit and couldn't be happier!
