If I could leave a 0 or -100 stars I would. The staff are RUDE and not helpful at all. I do NOT recommend this company at ALL. They are terrible at customer service.

Everytime they do a delivery to me they say that I wasn't home. I am always here waiting like an idiot and I guess they don't know how to press the numbers in the front lobby that are listed on my order's address because they never try.

Twice I was home they do not buzz my apartment they just leave a paper with no instructions.. AGAIN I WAS HOME BOTH TIMES.the second time happened 20 min ago! Call them multiple times and no answer, live chats no one ever answers! Terrible service..

Drivers cant use GPS and make you pick up your own package in the went end. Lazy buggers.

worse shipping company ever. No customer service! Even the 800 number has no humans available, just a waste of time keeping people on hold indefinitely. Ages Drive OTTAWA delivery workers are lazy, and they are not passionate about their jobs. They will drive all the way to my address just to stick a notice saying sorry we miss you. They also add in their systems that I was not home, when I have been here all the time. I called 613 733 4849 and the lady on the phone was very abruptly rude.

I cant believe they call themselves a courier. They have no information for tracking other than: in transit. Then they leave a note and do not answer the phone when you call. A total joke all around. How are they in business?

Left a note saying they couldnt deliver, but with no other instructions/contact info, except that they would hold it for only 5 days. Went to their depot during business hours only to find the door locked and a note on the door saying customers must to call ahead in order to be let in! Knocked, no answer. No cell phone = no service! Rubbish! I guess since they have already been paid, who cares if the addressee actually gets the package.

I like these people - very helpful customer service - stayed on line while I filled in the form for pick up - I left my parcel in a plastic bag due to rain and the driver neatly tucked the bag under the door mat -

The worst shipping company. No show up on estimated delivary date. No show up after 3 days and then leaving a re-attempt note while two adults were home and carefully watching and listening to the door bell. Still no show up and on top of these the cuatomer service is extremely rude and hung up the phone. Not even worth a star.

Website, customer service, deliveries and all aspect of that shipping company is aweful! I will never use that service for my business or personal activities.

Delivery DID NOT happened Tuesday as announced: too many false excuses from Cie: they came but did not deliver because supposedly someone refused the delivery ; surprising because no one was home the entire day AND they did not leave a single message proving that they came; then they (DID NOT!) come next day at 2:17 PM although I was at home the entire day and always made sure I could hear the door bell ring wherever I was in the house ; again, not leave a single message ; 3rd day: still no d
