Dr. Milne graduated from St. Andrew's University in Scotland before coming to Canada where he set up a general practice in Brantford, Ontario. Dr. Milne graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Masters in Orthodontics and shortly thereafter relocated to Ottawa where he has been a proud supporter of the Ottawa dental community ever since. Dr. Milne was a founding member of the Cleft Lip and Palate team at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario.
