Good afternoon your products are great but delivery has is terrible. I received my parcel today by UPS which was left tied at the mail box hanging on the outside. We live in rural area our house is 300 feet minimum to the mail box on the side of the road. Anyone could have stopped and grab the bag which was a large clear plastic bag with the box inside. I just happened to be looking out and saw the man at the mail box. Mail boxes are for Canada Post I thought. Thank you
