It took me so lon...

It took me so long to grow my hair back so I can get it fixed. I dont know why the person claims that they know me. I live closeby and I would rather drive to another location that would respect my wishes and create a style that I requested instead of doing what is easier for you. Also, It would be helpful to set up a consult if you think you are too busy to listen to the customer during the procedure and give customers evaluation forms if you are having problems with your employees.

Worst service eve...

Worst service ever. They don't deserve any stars. I had made an appointment and the lady kept going back and forth between customers. Didn't do what I asked and charged me full amount for doing a horrible job. She kept saying it looks good when she hadn't even finished what she did and kept saying I can't do more because I'm busy with other customers . Very unprofessional. Thanks for nothing! My hair cutters name was Linda
