I have not been so disappointed in a fast food service in Owen Sound, I never complain-and didn’t at the time so I did not upset my husband. Under staffed, poorly managed, my salad was a big bowl of lentils that I payed 12 bucks for when the waitress had time to bring me my bill, I took a pic wish I could attach! My apologies however I’m not happy and would never return or recommend!
My wife and I have been here several times and every single time, everything has gone well.

Best club sandwich for miles around, and this is over a period of years. My husband is not easily impressed by food but he loved his salad. Kitchen staff must really be on the ball too as meals come out quickly. Servers are always polite.
I love this restaurant! It's my absolute favourite, I normally pick this restaurant everytime I am on my way to OS. & I love the San Antionio Wrap the best, but they have excellent panzerotti's as well.

I love the rustic feel of the restaurant and the managers/owners are the greatest people ever. I have been going to Joe's since I was a baby and it never fails to dissapoint. The food is pretty good and the service is usually fantastic.
My brother and I visit Joe tomatoes all the time for desert. We always get Skor Bite Cheesecake and Apple crisp. I am so amazed on how the food is just rich, and lucious. I give kudos to the waitresses that are right on the dot. Though, the waiter we had last time didn't come back for my brothers order, it was nevertheless alright. Thanks!
My husband and I both work in the restaurant industry so perhaps we are pickier than most but today was just not ok. We were seated immediately but sat and waited for a server for 15 minutes....the power had briefly gone out and that seemed to send the servers into a tailspin. Finally I flagged down a server and all she said was "nobody told me you were here, im sorry". I thought that was pretty lame. My kids meals were fine but my husbands burger was "off", and my lasagna was very disappointing. The server told us it was homemade but has anyone in the kitchen ever tasted it? Bland, bland, bland. We didn't stick around for anything else and was disappointed that the manager didn't drop by the table to talk to us about my hubby's bad burger. I talked to the manager/owner? as I was paying....he said sorry again but he seemed very surprised by my comments... I keep going back cause it is one of the few restaurants on the west side of town and sometimes the food is ok....just not great.
I have lived in Owen Sound my whole life. Joe's is the only Restaurant that treats its people equally. I may be a little younger but they treat me and my friends like Adults. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is great, and service is as fast as they can manage seeing how it is so busy all the time. Not to mention the Theatre is right next door. Joe's has it all! :D

Have gone to Joe Tomatoe's a few times hoping it would improve. It hasn't. Atmosphere loud and noisy, food is pre-made, slow service, staff is friendly though. Won't be back.
I LOVE THIS RESTAURANT. Ever since November of.. 2004, My boyfriend and I have went back atleast 5 times a month. I enjoy everything about it, It's not to loud, not to quiet. The food is spectacular and the waitress's are amazing. I wont go to any other restaurant in all of Owen Sound. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Was very impressed with food and service. Service was a little slow at first, but worth the wait. Staff was very good through out the dinner. In fact they set the bar too high for other restaurant meals the rest of the week (on Vacation).
Seem to be very understanding and helpful with accomadating our little one.
Food can be good here, but usually isn't. Service is about the same one or two great servers, the rest you'll only see once or twice. If it's busy the place gets very loud.
