Cardinal charged a $50.00 inspection fee and quoted $525.00 to fix and/or repair 2 dripping faucets. I bought 2 new faucets, had them installed for $130.00. Including the labour and cost of the new faucets, the total was $250.00, not including the $50.00 paid to Cardinal.
