    The service I received at Alliance Collision was beyond my expectations. From the moment I walked through the door until the time I picked up my vehicle was AMAZING.     I got a refural from a friend to bring my car to this shop. It was in rough shape when I dropped it off and when I picked it up it was 100%.super clean detail job.I would definatly refure anyone to go there. Great job Alliance collision ☺ and thank you

    Stay Away!!!

    They kept the my 2012 Acura TL for over a week for small dent on the driver side door. When I picked up the car the paint job looked terrible with visible blemishes and running paint on the edge of the door.Owner told me to drive the car for a few days then bring it back and they will fix the paint. When I brought it the second time they kept the car for another two days and when my wife picked up the car it was little better then before but still not 100%.

    Lacks attention to detail

    I was sent there by Acura East after getting rear-ended. The customer service is pretty good and stress free. They also fixed my car properly, although it took them more than a week while Maple Acura did the same thing previously in one day. What I didn't like was the lack of attention to detail. I found paint marks on the passenger seat as well as on the rear passenger window and windowsill. There were also dirty hand prints on the trunk lip. It doesn't take much to wipe everything clean.

    Thank you for your comments. When Insurance Co came out to appraise vehicle we noticed how ''off colour'' the bumper was from previous Acura Dealer repair . The paint is a Tri Coat White Pearl and difficult to match. So in our repair we blended rear Quarter panel for colour match which required the removal of the quarter glass. This is also why repair time was longer. It was our sublet mobile glass people that left some finger prints inside and we have advised them to be more careful in future. We do clean all vehicles inside and out prior to delivery but this unfortunately was an oversight on our part.

    Fantastic Job!

    I have taken my vehicle here and was pleasantly surprised at how easy and stress-free the whole process was. I was greeted in a Friendly and Professional manner and the repairs were completed in a timely fashion. The shop was clean and professional and I felt safe leaving my vehicle (bmw) in their care. Once completed, my vehicle looked and smelled like a BRAND NEW car. Funny, almost didn't recognize it. Lol. I truly believe in smaller family owned/run businesses. They went the extra mile and thoroughly cleaned the entire vehicle before they handed the keys to me. It truly was like a Brand New Car! I would and have, recommended this shop to everyone and anyone I know (all of whom have been very happy with the work done) and I stand behind my word. Fantastic Job Alliance! Keep up the good work!

    Worst Service Recieved

    I picked this shop after the recommendation from Acura East. At start everything was good, got the car in, got an estimate and the work started as soon as I authorized it. BUT when I got the car back, it came back with more problems than it went in with. They kept saying the excuse "That can't be cause by the accident", but the problems weren't there when the car went in. Also, they kept delaying on finishing the job. Started from a week and went 2 weeks. Til this date, they haven't fix the problem. Every time I went in, they said to come back. Now I'm I gotta go through the ministry to get my car fixed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

    Mr Tsathianathan’s complaints are not related to our workmanship but of other items they were trying to get covered in this accident. These include a missing right fender liner, transmission issues, cruise control issues, power window problems and a lower bumper molding missing. These items are not related to the accident in any way which was a minor impact to the left front bumper corner. During the time the vehicle was in our shop the third party that hit their vehicle provided them with a rental car at no cost to them. Repairs could not be started until we had written authorization from the customer and confirmation from the third party that they were agreeing to pay for the repairs. In saying that, the vehicle was not in our shop for an unreasonable length of time. It should be noted that this 11 year old vehicle was originally purchased by the customer from a wreckers and he had it rebuilt. The vehicle was in very bad shape, poorly repaired prior and had extensive sub standard wiring repairs done as well. The third party was nice enough to pay for the repairs and provide a rental car for the customer. Its unfortunate the customer in turn tried to get other work done that was not related to the accident caused by the third party.
