At East Side Mari...

At East Side Mario's Sept 30 the food was TERRIBLE!! The fettuccine Alfredo was hard as a rock with no sauce on it. We were serviced by the bar tender we where at a booth . We were never ask how our meals were. Our server walk by us 8 times. Never once did she come over. We are regulars there. The manager that was on duty (Carlas) never came over . No Parmesan cheese was offered to us. It was the worst service ever!! My wife left hungry . The server never ask if she want anything else to eat!

Costly!

Ordered meatballs and spaghetti and was surprised to see only 4 meduim sized meatballs with my spaghetti. The sauce was somewhat lacking and tasted like it was from a store bought jar. Very bland taste and was served warm. This was an expensive dish priced at $14.99. Costly and will not be eating a main meal again there. The desserts are nice but costly but you can share as they are large, priced at $6.99. Spoke to the manager and was told that this dish is served like this everywhere.

Delicious!

We go here alot and service is the most consistant we have experienced anywhere. Very rarely is service slow and we have never experienced unfriendly or rude service. The only time the service is slow is when the restaurant is extremely busy but even then it is above 80% of other places. Absolutely loved the service from Erica. Very friendly and proffesional. Servers are always very pleasant here even when busy. Once our food came out cold but they took it back and fixed it for us no problem and the manager came over and asked us how things were. This NEVER happens ANYWHERE else!!!

Terrible Food

I normally would never say anything terrible about a restaurant or anything, but this one deserves it. When I came in, I felt like an introuder first off, like I was bothering them. It took a long time to get seated even though there were clearly seats available. Second, our server continued this behavour by not coming to us to ask about drinks for at least 10 minutes. We were thinking they forgot and were about to leave and then he came over. But that was the ONLY drink we got. He never asked about refills, nothing. When we got our food, not only was it greasy (we had the pizza) it tasted like it had been there for a bit. It was cool, not cold, but definitely because of the terrible server we had I am sure that it sat there a while. Other tables around us with another server were tended to very much, with their server helping us when he could. The meal was not served all together, so mine came last, everyone else had eaten, (yeah they still ate it) and I didnt' feel like eating at that time anymore. So overall it was not a good experience, but the manager was the only highlight. She was helpful courteous, and told us that the meal was on the house. She was not happy with the server either, and I am sure that something must have been said to him, she looked very upset that we didn't eat properly or enjoy our food. She wanted me to come back, but I simply wont be. I can't bring my hard earned money to a restaurant again. Sorry, but true.
