    Terrible. First o...

    Terrible. First of all, the way the door is located. Every time some one opened the door a cold wind blew in. We kept our jackets on and our feet were cold. Second, unwilling to accomadate food restrictions. When asked if they could cook eggs on clean part of grill away from any meat the answer was no. If you don't like it to bad. Only one item we could then choose. We had to keep asking for more coffee and creamers. Not overly friendly staff. Never go there again. Not impressed

    BEST BREAKFAST PLACE IN DURHAM

    I think this place is amazing. Best breakfast food in all of Pickering and Ajax. Service is fast and friendly. Food is hot and prepared just to our liking. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone. (Shame about the other review, I've never had a problem and I've been many times. Actually I'll never go to the Ajax one again. Years ago one of the waitresses reamed one of the bus boys out right in front of our table. Very unprofessional and embarrassing, for us and the poor bus boy!)

    Horrible Service

    My husband and I have been to numerous Sunset Grill and we enjoy it. However today was a different story. We decided to go to the Pickering location on Kingston Rd. Service was horrible. We waited 10 minutes to even get acknowledged at the door and finally get a seat plus the worst part is that there was many tables available when we walked in. Also once we sat down, we started noticing that people were just taking orders from individuals that were seating before we even arrived. We waited another 10 or so minutes and no one came to acknowledge use again at our table, not even a "hello will be with you soon". The staff were standing around near the food area and not coming to serve us. Plus we notice food seating there a long time. We decided to leave after being there almost 30 minutes with no service. I was not giving them my money. I would rather travel an extra 20 minutes and go to the Whitby or Ajax location.
