I have not had a bad experience going to Shapes. Very good Local Business with awesome people working, Katie is amazing

They completely ruined my hair. Had to pay to get it fixed elsewhere.

Maybe the lady with screaming kids should be respectful of a public business and mindful that there are other customers who don't need to hear that, and uhm just a thought, maybe start teaching your children to behave in an appropriate manner. Shapes is the place to go, you ask for a certain cut, describe exactly what you want, you get exactly what you expected, you all have been great keep up the awesome work:)

Completely disagree with the below rating. I've been going to Shapes for almost 9 years and never once had a problem. I LOVE the owner - she is so much fun and a great person! I have been traveling over an hour to get my hair done at Shapes for the last 2 years...I will never go to another salon!

The owner is very rude and yells at you over the customers to tell you screaming children are not allowed in her business and that you can come back but not with your child.Hair was cut way too short.took my money did not say thank you to me .
