Service was horrible

We are Port Doverites and went to celebrate a friend's birthday. We waited and waited for our server. Finally arriving she took our drink order and we waited again fora while for someone to take our food bill. My friend motioned for one server to take our order and she stated that someone would be right there. She proceeded to the bar area along with 5-6 other girls just talking amonst themselves and not working. It wasn't even busy. Maybe 5-7 tables max. We waited five more minutes and dropped money for our drinks and left. Is this how you treat you locals??? Shame on you!!!

This is the second year that we have gone 'upstairs' to dine, as this was part of the theatre package. The food was good although we waited for quite a while for it to be ready. The celery bread was excellent!! The coleslaw had no taste and was served in a little paper holder; not impressed. The men complained because the two jugs of beer that were ordered were not filled. The frozen drinks were ok.It's a good thing we went a bit early (5:30 p.m.) because right after we arrived, the line up started. If you have tickets to the theatre, don't go late!
