Was not very happy with my first experience at all, had a reservation for 3pm on Mothers Day and waited at the door for 20 minutes.My daughter-in-law finds a hair in her food Which they did void off the bill. They wouldnt make my grandsons a pepperoni pizza cause you cant change the menu and then on our bill there was extra charges from someone elses bill for over 40.00 dollars that we did not see see until on the way home now we have to go out of our way to get the money back

Jacx Restaurant exceeded our expectations! Food was exceptional and the fact that the Chef was visible and engaged with us personally added to the experience. It's an amazing restaurant with welcoming workers which adds to the atmosphere. Definitely going there again ;)

Best Restaurant in the Area

This has become my new favourite restaurant. I've now been at least a dozen times with my boyfriend, friends, and even family members. I've only ever sat on the dining side so I cannot comment on the take out side. My first impression walking in was fantastic because it appeared so elegant. I spotted the huge chandelier first and gorgeous bar. My date and I sat in a big booth that was high enough to block the view of people in the other booths. We were able to carry on a conversation without disturbing others as well. The service is the best I've seen. The waiter we had was so attentive and so polite and professional. He was able to answer all of our questions about the menu and even gave his own recommendations. The food was all delicious and we ended up sampling from the deserts as well. Every time I have been back they haven't disappointed. The only thing I would suggest would be that the menu be increased since there isn't as much selection as other restaurants but since this is a relatively new restaurant I understand that it is something that takes time. Besides, I loved the food so much that I really don't need anything else to choose from anyways. Overall I've been recommending it to anyone who will hear me :)
