Used to like the place. Was in not too long ago but won't be going back again. I'm surprised they haven't been shut down or the owners don't care that their staff disregard 90% of what they are supposed to practice in health and safety and smart serve is disregarded. Shocking and horrible that "servers" or "bar staff" are so negligent

I walked in, went to the bar, I made eye contact with the girl behind the bar, she walked right past me without acknowledging me. She went to serve someone else instead. She made her way back to me, asked what I wanted to drink, I replied "a canadian", she brought me back a draft beer. I don't drink draft, I only like it in a bottle, she never asked me if I wanted it in a bottle or draft. When I told her that I'd prefer a bottle, she rolled her eyes back and shook her head, giving me a hard time, before bringing my bottle. I threw the money at her and walked away, worst service ever, no warmth or smile, real cold, nice way to be treated after a hard day. Way to go London Pub.
When we went in it was almost empty , the girl came after 30 mins i had to call another girl so she could get our own girl to come back she went for a smoke outside while we waited on our table because we asked the other girl to go get her we got treated very rude , and with allot of attitude, when she asked what we wanted i said nachos and she was why u want that and had she a odd face when they came to us they tasted strange but we still eat them , this bar was really good a while ago i havent been there in a long time i donnot recomend this place to anyone the staff is rude-bad service-and the food is expensive for what they give u.
Well, I was here a couple of years ago with my wife and haven't been back since, even though we live close by.
My wife and I had just finished eating dinner and decided to stay for a few drinks. When the waitress came back with our drinks, she told us that we had to move to another table in a different area of the restaurant because she needed the booth for a larger party. We objected to this as we were comfortable where we were, and rightfully so as we had already been there for an hour!
The manager then came over and demanded that we get out of the booth! Well, we refused to do so and as a result, they refused to serve us.
Another man later approached me, identified himself as one of the owners and told me that my wife and I had to leave the restaurant!

We order the express lunch which is suppose to be 20 minutes or its free! Our waitress told us that the lunch special was included in the express menu. NOT! When we finally got our food we didn't have proper utensils to eat with. It took them 45 minutes to get us our food therefore we each had 2 drinks, again their fault. We ended up having to pay for the lunch and not getting 20 minutes or its free. All because the waitress didn't punch in our food correctly. Very dissatisfied and won't be back!

Just Bad. Potato.. well hard to mess up but it was overdone and tasteless. Asked for spring mix salad... got rusty iceberg lettuce hunks. Awful experience. Terrible value considering the price of the meal. Definitely would NOT recommend this place. STAY AWAY.

Been coming here for years, food has for the most part been excellent. However, management has a problem with their hiring practices, very inexperienced in my opinion, looks aren't everything, they need to have a brain as well. Unfortunatley very few there do. One waitress dropped off an empty bottle of beer to one of my companions, spilled a drink on the table, and what makes it even sadder, is she only came to the table 3 times in four hours, then complained about the tip or lack there of. They are very close to being a mature well performing establishment. They only need to hire some experienced trained mgmt, not just a buddy of the owner scenerio.
We were recommended by our friends to go to London Pub on tuesday because of their amazing wing and pizza deal! Well, when we arrived we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to approach us. Then we ordered the wings and pizzaand had to wait for the wings 30 minutes and pizza well over an hour, when it did finally arrive it was burned and the wings were cold and hot when we specifically asked for mild. We were extremely dissapointed especially with the management and the way the situation was handeled. Really rude and unpleasent. Didn't seem like she even cared if we were going to come back ever again.
Little tip for a successful resturant is good service, good food and good management.

Waitress was a space cadet, bar was terrible!!! Ordered a Creemore - 'the keg is running low and we are only serving 1/2 pints' what is that! Then a Boddigtons - they are out, then a Leffe, guess what they are out.
Then at the end the waitress has the nerve to walk away with my money and bill to return asking if I wanted all my change!
